The Young Organics Global Network is inspired by 2 major groups: the Young Organics, a group of young leaders in 2011 at BIOFACH Nuremburg, Germany who felt that there was a need of the youth in the organic and trade fair movement and the Asian Organic Youth Forum, a youth-centered program of IFOAM Asia which gathers future young leaders of the organic movement in Asia where they undergo several days of training about organic agriculture, visit organic farms and institutions and learn first-hand from the very best organic practitioners in Asia in a special unique day called “Meet the Pioneers”.
